Happy New Year

PropertyTutors Sean Wood and Steve Goodey are optimistic about the New Zealand property investment market in 2014.

PropertyTutors Limited had their most successful  The Masters event last October and while the conditions of any Property Market are usually challenging in some way for property investors the proven mentoring methodology of PropertyTutors also ensured success for their property mentoring business last year.

With success comes happy clients and this month kicks off the property deals blogs.  Sean Wood and Steve Goodey will be revealing some of the property deals done in the last six months.

The aim of the property deals blogs is to present how to ‘read’ a property deal.

PropertyTutors mentoring can turn ordinary property deals into an extraordinary deals.  The property deals that will be revealed in the blogs will showcase deals done and why particular strategies were chosen.

On a slightly lighter note as it is New Year’s Day – we have found some interesting interpretations of Property For Sale Descriptions in a comical news item on NZHerald.

“Could do with some TLC”: Plumbing features are prone to bursting into startling and spontaneous waterfalls.

“Conveniently located”: On a busy, inner-city street, above a fish and chip shop and a karaoke bar.

“Ideal for a first-home buyer”: The property is small, falling apart and in a terrible area.
